Regular Window Cleaning Using Water Fed Pole Systems

We offer a Professional, Reliable, Regular monthly window cleaning service in Sible Hedingham & surrounding areas using Pure Water with a Water Fed Pole.

How Often?

Most of our customers have their windows cleaned on a monthly basis although some opt for a clean every other month.

Starting life as tap water, a complex filtration process removes all dissolved minerals and impurities leaving water so pure it dries leaving no marks, streaks or smears. If you’ve had your windows cleaned in the past by water fed pole and weren’t happy with the results then we guarantee those pole operators were doing something wrong. That’s why we offer our total satisfaction service guarantee.

If you’re not happy with the standard of the clean just contact us no more than 2 working days after our visit and we will return and clean again free of charge.

Garden rooms & Orangeries...

were all designed to allow the light in, and for you to see out. If they are dirty then they are dark & dingy!

We thoroughly clean the exterior of your conservatory from top to bottom - starting with the finials and working our way down the roof to the windows, frames, sills and doors - we make sure no area is left untouched. Using a combination of uPVC cleaner & Pure water we can totally transform the look of your conservatory.

A magnet for grime, pollution and algae, Fascias, soffits and gutters can really damage your properties curb appeal if left uncared for.

We can clean them without even needing to go up a ladder, using our specialist water fed pole equipment to pump up a Biodegradable uPVC cleaner before gently scrubbing and rinsing with pure water to leave them looking as good as new.

We use a range of brushes and attachments including Bronze wool pads & DuPont bristle brushes to make sure we reach every nook and cranny.

We Clean uPVC

uPVC looks great when it's clean, but when it's dirty, looks awful!

Frequently asked questions

Can I have a one-off window clean?

We typically only offer 4 weekly & 8 weekly window cleans, however please get in touch with your request and we will do our best to help

What payment methods do you accept?

For our regular window cleaning customers we use GoCardless - please take a look at our ‘new customer’ section to find out more. All over services can be paid Via Bank transfer or Debit/Credit Card

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

To give you an accurate quote, ideally we need to visit your property to look at the type and condition of your windows, access, parking etc.

I don't want you to clean my windows any more, how do I cancel?

We are very sorry to see you go, send us a message at the earliest opportunity and contact your bank to cancel the direct debit arrangement.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No! We won't disturb you when we come to clean your proproperty. We just ask you to leave open any gates to allow us to access the parts of your property requiring cleaning. The exception to this is Gutter Clearing - for this we need access to you electricity.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, please ask if you would like to see a copy of this.

Will you come on the same day every month?

Not necessarily, although we clean once a month, it may be a few days earlier or later than the previous month.

Why are my windows left wet?

We leave windows wet to evaporate naturally leaving behind a spot free finish. Usually they will be dry in 1-2 hours although in colder climates this can take longer

Do you still clean in the rain? Won’t my windows get dirty?

We still clean in the rain, rain water is pure, just like the water we use meaning it will not have a negative effect on your windows. The only weather we won't clean in is high winds for safety reasons.
