FREINDS OR NEIGHBOURS NEED THEIR WINDOWS CLEANED?
Receive £10 credit (£15 if they live on the same street as you) to your window cleaning account for every person you refer for regular window cleaning! Ask us for your unique referral code then simply ask them to quote it when signing up.
The terms & conditions are simple. They must sign up to pay with GoCardless, Credit redeemable once 2 regular cleans have been completed, Credit only redeemable against window cleaning.

WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR FIRST CLEAN
The day before we plan to come, you'll receive a reminder text from us asking you to please close your windows & leave open any gates we need to access your property.
Please don't reply to this text as it's a no reply number, if you need to contact us, please use our email or phone number.
The First clean usually takes double the time as follow up ‘maintenance’ cleans. This applies if your windows are dirty as well as if they are already cleaned either by yourself or by a ‘traditional’ window cleaner - as we need to thoroughly remove soap residue build up both on the pane of glass and in the rubber seals as well as ay ingrained dirt and UPVC oxidation.
Although we make every effort to achieve a spotless finish on the first clean, in some cases you won't have a spotless finish until the second or third clean because of the reasons mentioned above. Once a spotless finish has been achieved, it's much easier to maintain.
As we use Pure water, your windows will be left to dry naturally through evaporation.
Because we offer a year-round reliable service, we still clean windows in the rain. The rain will not impact the clean, however if you do have any issues, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify them.

We use ‘GoCardless’ as our preferred payment option.
This makes it convenient for us to invoice you once work is completed and means you do not have to worry about forgetting to pay us!
GoCardless works like a Direct Debit – you sign up via our website pre-authorising us to request payment from your bank upon completion of work.
Once we have cleaned your windows, we will request payment.
You will then be notified 3 days prior to funds clearing and if there are any issues you can cancel the payment!
We ask that all new customers sign up with GoCardless prior to commencement of the first clean
What is GoCardless?
GoCardless is an online Direct Debit system which allows customers to pre-authorize vendors to request payment from their bank on completion of work.
Is it safe?
YES! GoCardless is backed by the ‘direct debit guarantee’. In a nutshell, the Guarantee protects customers in three ways:
· Advance notice.
· Immediate refunds.
· Instant cancellations.
But aren’t Direct Debits taken on the same day each month? What if you dont clean my windows?
No, that is a standing order, a Direct Debit is simply a pre-authorisation. We will only request payment on completion of work and you will be notified at least 3 working days prior to payment being taken.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, Cancel through your bank, just like any other direct debit.

Will Flawless Exteriors ave my bank details?
No! its all done Via GoCardless - we do not have access to, or store your bank details
I don't want to use GoCardless, can you still clean my windows?
Whilst we insist our regular customers sign up with GoCardless, both for the efficient running of our business & for the simplicity to the customer - We do understand some customers may not want to use GoCardless for whatever reason. If this is the case, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative payment method such as BACS or Cash.
