ROOF CLEANING

ESSEX & SUFFOLK

HOW DO WE CLEAN ROOFS?

Roof Scraping

working from a scaffold platform, we use blades on the end of telescopic poles, perfectly matched to the the profile of your tile, to gently scrape away the moss. Cleaning roofs this way allows us to clean even the most delicate of roofs.

We can clean Concrete, Clay or even slate roofs this way.

Once 95% of Moss is removed from the roof, we can move onto the Softwash

BIOCIDE SOFTWASH

Up to 5 years protection from regrowth of moss

Scraping does an excellent job of removing the majority of surface moss - but to remove all of the moss including the bits you cant see from the surface of the tile and to stop it re-colonizing your roof, we need to apply a biocide softwash. Once applied to your roof it will continue to work killing all moss, algae, mould and lichen from your tiles. Please note you will not see instant results - you can expect to see the full benefits anywhere from 3-9 months depending on weather cycles. Give us a call for more info.
